Our signs are very visible from the main road through Ballincollig.

 

From Cork to Ballincollig - 12 minutes travel time

  1. If you are in Cork City, or near it, just look for roads headed for Macroom and Killarney (West)
  2. Most roads headed that way will take you through Ballincollig
  3. The idea is to get onto the N22 going west towards Macroom/Killarney
  4. The easiest road to get onto from Cork is the Western Road which becomes the Carrigahane Straight Road
  5. Just six miles from Cork City centre you will come into Ballincollig
  6. Travel a little over 2 miles through Ballincollig Village
  7. Look for the Westgate Foundation on your RIGHT - the Bible Baptist Church meets there!

 

  1. You can also just get onto the South Link highway, going West and come to the second Ballincollig (West) exit
  2. Take the next Ballincollig exit (the West End exit) - at the top, go right, and cross over the Highway underneath you)

  3. At the next small round-about, take the second left (the first left is an off ramp from the South Link)

  4. You will be traveling through an estate called Greenfields

  5. Pass through another small round-about - go straight on

  6. At the light, make a right onto the Main Rd towards Ballincollig Village

  7. You will come to a main round-about - go straight through the round-about

  8. Travel about 200 metres

  9. You are looking now for The Westgate Foundation

  10. You should see a sign for the Bible Baptist Church on the left

From Macroom to Ballincollig - 30 minutes travel time

  1. Go east on the Macroom/Cork Road (N22) into Ballincollig.
  2. At the West End round-about, continue straight on the Main Rd towards Ballincollig Village
  3. Travel about 200 metres

  4. You are looking now for The Westgate Foundation on your left

  5. You should see a sign for the Bible Baptist Church on the left at the Westgate Foundation

 

From Dublin to Ballincollig (Map)

  1. Take the N7 South to Portlaoise

  2. Get onto N8 South towards Cork (pass through Cashel, by Cahir, and on through Fermoy - a 3 hour trip)

  3. As you approach Cork City, you will come to a large round about at the bottom of a hill.

  4. Go straight through the round about and take the exit for the Jack Lynch Tunnel - basically you are just going around the rounda bout to the other side, and then on into the Tunnel.

  5. Once through the Tunnel, you will be on the South-Link that will take you around the bottom of Cork city going west

  6. Stay on the South Link for several miles until you see a Ballincollig exit. Pass by the first Ballincollig exit

  7. Take the next Ballincollig exit (the West End exit) - at the top of the exit ramp, go right, and cross back over the Highway underneath you)

  8. At the next small round-about, take the second left (the first left is an off ramp from the South Link)

  9. You will be travelling through an estate called Greenfields - it is a small estate, and is the shortest route

  10. Pass through another small round-about - go straight on

  11. At the next light, make a right onto the Main Road towards Ballincollig Village - you will be going east

  12. You will come to a main round-about - go straight through the round-about

  13. Travel about 200 metres

  14. You are looking now for The Westgate Foundation on your left

  15. You should see a sign for the Bible Baptist Church on the left

  16. Turn in, and stay to the left and find parking. You are very Welcome!

From Limerick to Ballincollig (Map) - 1 hour travel time

  1. Take the N20 out of Limerick South towards Mallow

  2. Pass through Mallow continuing on the N20 towards Cork

  3. Look for the Blarney Exit (about 6 miles north of Cork city) - take exit

  4. At roundabout, take turn for Blarney

  5. Pass Esso Filling Station on left

  6. Continue on through Blarney Village into and through the next village which is called "Tower"

  7. At the end of the road, you will come to a 'T' junction in Cloghroe

  8. Go right until the next turn to the left (about 1 1/2 miles)

  9. Drive 3 miles until the next right appears, sign-posted for Ballincollig 1/12 miles - go right

  10. Go across an old narrow bridge

  11. Bend to the left and travel 500 metres to a round-about.

  12. Take the second left towards Ballincollig Town

  13. Travel 200 metres

  14. You are looking now for The Westgate Foundation on your left

  15. You should see a sign for the Bible Baptist Church on the left

  16. Turn in, and stay to the left and find parking. You are very Welcome!

From Mallow to Ballincollig - 40 minutes travel time

  1. Take the N20 South towards Cork

  2. Look for the Blarney Exit (about 6 miles north of Cork city) - take exit

  3. At roundabout, take turn for Blarney

From Waterford, or Youghal to Ballincollig

  1. Travel on the highway marked as the N25 going east all the way into Cork.
  1. Take the exit for the Jack Lynch Tunnel

  2. Once through the Tunnel, you will be on the South-Link

  3. Stay on the South Link for several miles until you see a Ballincollig exit. Pass on the first Ballincollig exit

  4. Take the next Ballincollig exit (the West End exit) - at the top, go right, and cross over the Highway underneath you)

From Kinsale

  1. Go north and get onto the N71 towards Cork
  2. At the South Link highway, go west towards Macroom/Killarney
  3. Look for the second Ballincollig (West) exit
  4. Take the next Ballincollig exit (the West End exit) - at the top, go right, and cross over the Highway underneath you)

You are first going to have to get here! Probably by plane. The best airport to arrive into is Cork Airport, but if it is not possible, then come into the Shannon Airport (which is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Church).
